Whitefish Dunes State Park has a nice viewing area that is accessible to motorized wheelchairs via a short trail. The parking lot has handicap parking spaces very near the trail for the viewing area and the visitor’s center. Handicap bathrooms are located inside the visitor’s center which opens at 10 a.m.
Lots of trees, so a fair amount of shade.
