- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh tarragon
- 1 pound grated cheese (cheddar, or whatever you like)
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
Melt butter in 13″ by 9″ pan. Beat eggs. Add ingredients (except cheese and spinach) until well blended. Stir in cheese and spinach.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
