Base

  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 peeled and quartered apples

Icing

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ounce butter

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Mix all the base ingredients except for the apples. The mixture should be fluid. If not, add milk.

3. Grease pie mold and pour mixture in. Slice the apples 1/4 inch think, arrange on top of mixture in flowerlike pattern.

4. Bake for 15 minutes.

5. Prepare icing.

6. Place icing on top of pie, bake 10 more minutes.
